NCM plays each Stockfish dev build 20,000 times against Stockfish 14. This yields an approximate Elo difference and establishes confidence in the strength of the dev builds.

Only record the ep square from a given FEN if ep is legal
When given a FEN with an ep square set, only actually set the ep square if there is a legal ep capture that can be played.
